Absolutely fantastic experience. Never thought I’d be happy about having to pay for unexpected plumbing but the crew was amazing. Ended up being a bigger job than expected but they got it done and stayed the whole time. Talking to them during and after you never would have guessed they put in over 8 straight hours. Super friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to call or recommend. Thank you again for all of your hard work.

My kitchen sink stopped draining on a Sunday evening. On Monday I called T&J Rooter Service. They were able to get me a Monday appointment. The technician arrived promptly and snaked out the drain for the kitchen. The drain works great. One glitch I had was after he left the laundry tub backed up from the washer emptying. I called T&J back and the technician came back inside of forty minutes. He cleaned out the washer drain and made sure the kitchen drain was still flowing. Overall a great job was done. Everything is still draining well.

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday, called T&J around noon on Sunday and they were out to us within an hour. They were quick to figure out the issue and were able to install a new hot water heater for us the very next day. I can’t recommend them enough with the quick response time, communication throughout the whole process, along with providing additional recommendations to help to improve efficiency. I will be calling them again when I need to have additional plumbing work done.

Excellent service and response. Their team came during a snow storm and were on time. Andrew and Delano did a great job explaining the plumbing problem and what had to be done going forward. All were friendly and answered the questions we had.

I was so nervous having to have plumbing replaced which is located in our crawl space. However, Nate and Dylan did a fantastic job and Tim came by to check on things! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend T&J for any plumbing issues you might have. They also showed us pictures of what they replaced which was great because I don’t think I can get down in that crawl space! Thanks again, T&J ROOTER SERVICE

We called T&J Rooter Service for a pipe leak under our Kitchen sink. Our Plumber Andrew came to our home for our repair, he was very efficient knew his job so well. He explained what we needed and fixed our problem with no trouble at all. He was so respectful to us explaining what needed to be done. Thank you Andrew for making our plumbing experience so pleasant. Andrew was a true professional. Thank you so much

Ricky Temple was professional and courteous from start to finish! He introduced himself right away and with credentials in hand, wore shoe coverings before even knocking, explained everything thoroughly and also provided an explanation for future maintenance. He answered many questions with patience and responded the answers with confidence and knowledge. Far cry from my previous experiences with plumbers that would show up late, just “scratch” their heads and not give me answers and/or solutions! I highly recommend this company and will confidently give them referrals.

We had Nate and Delano out today and they were awesome! Service was super quick as well. Nate walked us through what the issue was and how to fix it, as well as preventative measures to keep our plumbing intact. Both men were very friendly and respectful as well. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a device on my tub to be checked out. Andrew came from T&J check it out fused with it on and off and it started to work. He made sure that it was fixed. I asked what the cost was and he said there was no cost. He didn’t do that much. They could’ve charged me for a service call, but they didn’t. That’s the sign of a great company. I recommend them highly and give them five stars.
